I want to share one story in my brick and stone repair world.
Several years ago, an apartment owner at the oceanfront was ready to tear all the brick off this 1970 building. What all the "experts" and the owner and the property manager thought had to be done was the opposite of reality. With pressure and proper leverage, I was able to save the entire building and save the owners 10's of thousands of dollars. The building is now painted and is down at the new wave pool at the oceanfront. I have many stories like this from mailboxes to steps to entire facades of buildings. References upon request!
